Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ADHD Money Guard ("we", "us") provides a web-based budgeting and money organization tool at adhdmoneyguard.com. Contact: support@adhdmoneyguard.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, name (optional) and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and photo URL.
• Workspace data you enter: balances, income, bills, transactions, goals, debts, notes and preferences you type into the app.
• Plan information: your subscription plan and any early-access requests you make.
• Technical data: basic logs and anonymous performance metrics from our hosting and security providers (for example IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and working.

We do not ask for or store bank logins, card numbers or government IDs, and we never connect to your bank.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To store and sync your workspace across your devices.
• To send essential emails such as verification, password reset and important service notices.
• To respond to support and early-access requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your workspace data for advertising.

4. Where data is stored

Accounts and workspace data are stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Access rules ensure only your signed-in account can read or change your workspace. A copy of your workspace is also cached in your browser so the app loads quickly; signing out clears that copy.

5. Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication and database hosting and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider; we will not store your full card details.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access & export: download a full backup of your workspace from Settings at any time.
• Correction: edit your profile and data directly in the app.
• Deletion: delete your account and cloud workspace from Account → Delete account, or email us.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your workspace and profile are deleted from our database; backups held by our providers are removed on their normal schedules.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email.
